  • Local orders: Flat rate or free shipping above a certain purchase amount stated

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email or WhatsApp so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Delays

We do our best to deliver on time, but please note that courier delays, customs clearance, or unforeseen events may affect delivery schedules.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Return Policy

Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility

Items must be unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Please keep your receipt or order confirmation.

Return Shipping

Customers cover the cost of return delivery unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damages and Issues

Please check your order when it arrives. If it’s defective, damaged, or the wrong item, let us know right away so we can fix the problem quickly.

Exceptions

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. Approved refunds will be issued as a gift card within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
